Now we just need players.
I am sure many of us go out/in at least a few times everyweek for an activity of somekind.
It can just be a trip to your nearby supermarket on foot.
Or gardening. Or cleaning the house. What ever that makes your body move in a way or another.
WHat ever it is you do, you will at least find out how much it is that you do.
Less than 0,5h per day in average in a week?
Maybe just a couple of fresh walks away from your goal?
